Mr. McDaniel's extensive background includes 10 years as a General Contractor, 4 years Consulting, and prior to his retirement, 28 years as the design construction lead Senior Vice President for Shea Properties/DTC. His experience includes numerous multifamily buildings, dozens of corporate and speculative offices, and many industrial and specialty projects, throughout Denver and elsewhere. Mr. McDaniel's Engineering background, coupled with both his Construction and Development efforts, provide him a unique perspective as a member of the ACC/DCC.
