Orchard Station Park Improvements

Orchard Station Park is co-owned by the Goldsmith Metropolitan District and the City of Greenwood Village. We are excited to begin a series of improvements designed to enhance the park’s functionality, comfort, and overall visitor experience.

Improvements

The Orchard Station Park improvements focus on three key elements:

 Sound Wall Along I‑25

The new sound wall will help reduce highway noise and create a more enjoyable environment for park users.

A New Pond & Seating Area

The new pond area with seating will provide a welcoming place to relax and enjoy the park.

Landscape Upgrades

Additional planting beds, open grass areas, and extensive tree canopy will maintain the park’s open, natural feel while improving long‑term sustainability.

These upgrades intentionally preserve the strongest elements of the existing site—including pedestrian pathways, passive recreation areas, most mature trees, and open lawn space.
